As president of Peak Ventures, David oversees all aspects of company operations. With a background in mechanical systems, construction, maintenance management and professional property inspection David lends Peak Ventures a broad technical foundation to anchor our business.

Tony Simmons | Project Manager - Responsible for Business Development

Tony comes with more than 25 years of international, national and local experience. Notable achievements in the development and construction of high-end residential, hotels and resorts, including major refurbishment and commercial properties in some of the North America’s and Europe’s most prestigious areas. Having worked with lenders, brokers, developers and building planning officials Tony is well versed at getting the right mix to make the project succeed.

Gord Mollett | Project Manager
Gord has earned his A+ and Network+ certificates from the Computer Certification Authority CompTIA.

Gord has over 15 years of experience as a carpenter. As project manager and our in-house network administrator, Gord ensures that Peak Ventures remains ahead of the competition in our communications and project management systems, which enables us to complete projects on time and within budget.

James Dunnigan | Project Manager
James has over 10 years experience in Project Management and successfully operated an award winning Project Management company before joining the Peak Ventures team. James brings experience, a passion for Green Building and energy conservation and extensive knowledge of the industry and the Whistler area.

Jon Anthony | Finance Manager
Graduate of: St. Mary’s University, B. Comm, Accounting.
Jon has experience in both private and public accounting environments. Along with managing Peak Ventures’ finance team Jon ensures operations run smoothly and efficiently by communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
