This was the second home Peak Ventures has built that was designed by Don Stuart Architecture, and completed in fall 2003. It is on an inspiring lot on Khyber Lane in Spring Creek, offering dramatic views north, west and south. The home was built using Energreen Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) and is one of the most energy efficient homes in the valley.
