Peak Ventures acted as both Construction Manager and General Contractor, in restoring this 16 Year Old Building.  Phased out over 2 years, phase one was completed on time and on budget.  The scope included: removing and replacing the current Envelope, remove and reinstall all glazing, as well as refinishing interiors.  Local knowledge has enabled us to bring high value to the client.
